Steen!!!

Suprisingly refreshing, my only
gripe with belgiums is on occasion There too bubbly. Upfront right on the tip of the tounge! Which makes it hard to take too big a swallow, this was not the case with Steen!!! This was a milder tasting beer with a "subtle bubble" Im really into this one, goes with whatever your eating for dinner tonight!!

It was cold today

It's august 29 and it's hella cold' then I remmember that, yes, it is going to snow soon. Not so over the summer but, i needed the extra warmth today. I've been on a belgium's kick but decided to go with an old favorite, Capitol Oktoberfest! A rich not over pronounced malt, not filling with a Clean semi dry aftertaste.
Never been let down before wasn't now,!! On a cold day this will undoubtedly warm the soul!

I recently read an article about the Spoetzl brewery, being all caught up in the history lesson I went out and got the mixpack! I was expecting a round brew with a clean finish, Boulderdash!!! I got a barely noticable taste if any, a watery, Texan miller light stale aftertaste! Is short it was not poppin in the Big beer category a bit!

Ruination IPA

Probably the best IPA/Beer that i have ever had the pleasure of drinking.
The level of hops in this brew is way beyond what you could ever imagine. Im not going to rant about why the term "drinkability" is made up by pony boy beer drinkers who cant man up and drink a viking beer, or that anyone who cant appreciate The Ruin' is a weaker individule. Im not trying to go there, but... Ruination is, Floral, Crisp, rich in Bite, and either Freedom or Ruin to those who dare existing!!!!

Love Boat

Takara has the best sushi in madison, first of all, secondly its always nice when fish is presented on various different objects, plates aside. There is a spider roll on this boat, no spider just softshel crab. No beer this trip, not a fan of Japanese beer.

Blue Magic

Yeah, I dont usually touch liquor, not for any deep reason, but i think it tastes like shit. But, I found a recipe for a truly ill martini. Bolthouse farms blueberry juice, Stoli Blue Vodka, and Club soda! About one part of each, maybe more club soda, try it, Get Drizzy' i did!

"The Grim" is a blond Belgium Ale 6.9% alc, slightly citrus sweet, clean finish, malty aftertaste, goes great with any moroccan style dishes. In this case Elyse has made a wonderful Lamb roast, hummus all around!!! get ya lamb game up suckaz!

Victory V, Prima Pils

Super Crisp, not lacking any depth of flavor, an almost dry finish with generous hops. Not hoppy to were it borders on an IPA, but it gives the pilsner a little floral note...
So, its hella dope and you shold try some, good with Stew. I'm eating braised pork chops, lot of thyme, also dope with any cheese sausage platter.
